RETURNS POLICY
The Magic Shop South Africa

 

Magic being based on secrets makes the returns policy different from your local Pick and Pay. We do not sell goods that expire or complex devices with a million parts that can often break.

- Defective goods can be returned and will be replaced or refunded within 7 days of the client having received them. However this is exceedingly rare as often the magical items are not easily damaged.

- Downloads - There are no returns due to the instant access to the secret. Unless you are utterly disappointed then please contact us with your grievances and we will definitely help you out.  

- Playing Cards - Returns are welcome if the cards are misprinted or damaged in some way. We are incredibly careful shipping out cards safely wrapped and with zero discrepancies. If there happens to be a misprint or cutting error, we will replace your deck of cards on the house.

- Expensive electronics or goods that do not carry a warranty from the supplier. Some products are not given a warranty from the supplier. We notify the clients of these products before they purchase. Generally most magic items are covered.
